It is not necessary to possess a PayPal account for this service. Payments can be made online through credit cards or direct bank withdrawals. Following processing, PayPal will send a confirmation email. Rest assured, when utilizing PayPal, your credit card or bank details are safeguarded and remain confidential. INSURANCE & FEE POLICY

We are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Medicare. Your responsibility for copayment or coinsurance occurs at the beginning of your visit. For any inquiries regarding your coverage, please reach out to your insurance company.

For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network. However, many health insurance policies may partially or fully reimburse our services. A comprehensive statement, containing all necessary information for claims processing, will be provided to you.

Full payment is required at the time of service, and any reimbursement will be sent directly to you. It is advisable to confirm if your benefits include out-of-network reimbursement.

You also have the option to self-pay without using insurance. Opting for self-payment may offer benefits such as fewer restrictions on session length and frequency.

CANCELLATIONS

Missed appointments disrupt therapy and impact effectiveness. Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations may incur charges.
