Insurance Coverage and Reimbursement
We accept several major insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Medicare as in-network providers. For out-of-network insurance, we can provide detailed invoices for you to claim reimbursements.
Full payment is required at the time of service, and any reimbursement will be sent directly to you. It is advisable to confirm if your benefits include out-of-network reimbursement.
You also have the option to self-pay without using insurance. Opting for self-payment may offer benefits such as fewer restrictions on session length and frequency.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid charges.

Payment options will be discussed with your provider. Make payments securely online through PayPal, with or without a PayPal account. You can use your credit card or bank account. Payments are processed securely and your financial details remain private.
